Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition

• Item must include original packaging and tags

• Certain items (final sale items, gift cards) are not eligible for return

To start a return, contact us at support@pirasso.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
